This notice explains what we do with the information you give us through this website. It covers the enquiry form, the quote form and the ways you can contact us. We have written it in plain terms rather than legal language.

What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site we collect your name, phone number, email address, town or postcode, the type of work you are asking about, your rough budget and timescale, and anything you write in the message box. We do not ask for anything else and we do not collect payment details on this website.
Why we collect it and our lawful basis

We will not add you to a marketing list or send you newsletters on the basis of an enquiry, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of suppliers to run the enquiry process. They only receive what they need to do their part.
- Formspree and Zapier pass form submissions from the website to us.
- Google Workspace holds our email and the spreadsheet we record enquiries in.
- ClickSend sends us a text alert when a new enquiry comes in.
- Hostinger hosts this website and its server logs.
- Meta receives advertising measurement data from our quote page, but only if you accept cookies there.
Some of these suppliers process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not go ahead: up to 24 months, in case you come back to us.
- Enquiries that become jobs: 6 years after the work finishes, which is the period we may need records for tax and for any dispute.
- Website server logs: as set by our host, normally a short rolling period.
Cookies and tracking
The main website does not set any tracking cookies. Our quote page, which we use for advertising, asks you first before loading the Meta pixel. If you decline, the pixel is not loaded. You can clear your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or object to us using it. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw that consent at any time. Email tdadecsltd@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Children
This website is aimed at homeowners and we do not knowingly collect information about children.
Changes
If we change how we handle information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
